A superb set of six authentic Danish mid-century dining chairs designed by Hans (H.) Frydendal and manufactured by Boltinge Stolefabrik in Denmark during the 1970s.
Crafted from beautifully grained solid teak, these chairs showcase the timeless elegance of Scandinavian Modern design. The sculptural high backs, gently curved backrests and clean architectural lines offer both exceptional comfort and refined aesthetics, making them an ideal choice for contemporary or vintage interiors.
The warm teak frames display outstanding craftsmanship, while the generously padded seats provide excellent dining comfort. Their understated yet sophisticated design makes them equally suited to everyday use or as a statement addition to a mid-century collection.
The chairs remain in very good vintage condition, with light age-related wear consistent with their age and careful use. The frames are solid and sturdy, and the upholstery is clean and ready for use (or describe your upholstery if re-covered). These are increasingly sought-after examples of Danish furniture design and represent a wonderful investment in classic Scandinavian craftsmanship.
