Stunning space age ceiling lamp by famed designer Carl Fagerland for Orrefors Art Glass Studio Sweden, 1954. 
Orrefors reknowned for their Art glass pieces such as the ‘Snowballs’ & the ‘Stor Grön Boll’ working with Carl Fagerland they created something pioneering with their glass work by hand crafting these delicately motifed blocks of glass for this design. 
The piece features it’s original gallery & plastic insert on the base for perfect diffusing of light. The small orange blocks create a beautiful warm light paired with the diffuser; creating a soft atmosphere so indicative of the period.

Condition Report:
Excellent condition, a small dent on the brass but all in great condition, the glass is unchipped & keeps its rich colour, In full working condition. There is a small area of paint on the interior that has come off, but is very minor.
